Cartridge Dump is the first warp zone in Chapter 3: The Salt Factory, and is accessible through Level 3-5, Uptown. It contains a bandage on the first and third stages.
This warp zone is considerably easy compared to most levels in Salt Factory.
The name and opening cutscene are a reference to the game "E.T." for the Atari 2600, which is infamous for being one of the worst games of all time.
Strategy
This warp zone contains small platforms, large empty spaces in-between, and nothing else. The easiest way to complete this warp zone (and get the bandages) is to wall jump off the platforms. Although much harder to do, you'll gain more air.
